THE PEOPLE About- Ross Clark, Ross has been trained at the, University of Massachusetts Medical School in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). In Canada at the University of Toronto Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (M.B.C.T.). He is also a member of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Ross has been interested in meditation for over 33 years and has been teaching for 8 years in a variety or settings, i.e. Rotman School of Management, York University, Yoga Studios, City Health Centres etc..
About- Joy Finney, Joy has participated in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction professional training under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn and has a professional background in nursing, social work and health promotion. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor and has been exploring yoga for over 30 years. Joy has been facilitating MBSR training for the past 8 years in a variety of settings.
About Gary, Gary is a meditation teacher who has worked with the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program in his own life. Gary has in depth experience and understanding on the role of mindfulness in every day life. Contact Gary at justemailgary@gmail.com
