Module 5: Responding vs. Reacting Free

Moving away from automatic reactivity. Cultivating mindful self-love, compassion, and emotional resilience.

Module 6: Mindful Communication Free

Applying mindful attention to relationships, conversation, listening, and resolving interpersonal tension.

Module 6R: The 3-Hour Home Retreat Free

A beautiful, structured turning point in our curriculum. This is a self-guided 3-hour silent retreat designed to consolidate your formal practice, allowing you to deeply abide with your mind and body.

Module 7: Daily Life Integration Free
Establishing daily schedules. How to sustain formal sitting, walking, and stretching practices in the midst of a busy career and home life.

Module 8: Looking Back & Going Forward Free

Reviewing your growth path. Honoring your dedication to self-abiding, emotional healing, and resilience.

Certificate of Completion

Upon completing all 9 modules, your practice logs, and your personal reflections, a Certificate of Completion will be provided on site.  This document can be used to meet requirements on your own journey to becoming an MBSR facilitator.
