When you have finished all the training in 8-weeks or more, please email TheMindfulCoach@gmail.com back with answers to the 3-questions below:

  1. What is the difference between reacting and responding?

  2. How did you experience the body scan and what are its benefits?

  3. In your opinion, what are the 3 most helpful, Mindfulness Attitudes?

Note: This full M.B.S.R. training is self-paced, with no time limit.
It is not a Certification of Qualification to teach the full M.B.S.R. program.
