About Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) Training

What is MBSR training?

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) is a 9-lesson online program based on the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s training to assist people to increase their well-being, happiness, and focus, and decrease stress (job, family or financial), anxiety, depression, and pain.

Our mindfulness training is well received in businesses, educational & healthcare sectors.

The program is designed so you can start at any time and learn and train at your own speed and convenience. It includes Jon Kabat-Zinn downloads and nine, 2.5-hour lessons. Once completed you will receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ with successful course participation.

The training is known to have many benefits including greater career success, self-awareness, positive thinking, capacity for compassion, lowering blood pressure and improving mood and ability to concentrate. People who have completed our MBSR training have experienced greater health and well-being in all aspects of their life and improved the quality of their relationships with themselves and others.

Our mindfulness training program offers a practical approach to training attention which allows people to cultivate greater awareness and have more choices. MBSR training uses a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, yoga, and exploration of patterns of behavior, thinking, feeling, and action.

Mindfulness can be understood as the non-judgemental acceptance and “open-hearted” investigation of daily life experiences. MBSR training includes awareness of body sensations, internal mental states, thoughts, emotions, impulses, and memories. This deeper understanding of our life, results in more health and happiness.

As we practice mindfulness, we have less stress & more calmness, clarity, and choices.
