Hello, my name is Ross.

I am a qualified MBSR teacher (UMass Medical School, Class of 2007), but more importantly, I am a fellow traveler on this path of life.

I am now 76 years old. Like many of you, I am navigating the realities of aging, health challenges, and the complexities of being human. I created this space not as a “guru” on a pedestal, but as a companion walking beside you.
