About G. Ross Clark

MBSR Teacher, Life Coach, and Fellow Traveler

G. Ross Clark

A Note from Ross

Hello, and welcome.

If you are looking for a “guru” on a pedestal, you have come to the wrong place. I am simply a fellow traveler on this path of life.

I am now 76 years old. Like many of you, I am navigating the realities of aging, health challenges, and the complexities of being human. I have found that mindfulness is not a magic wand that makes life perfect, but it is a steady light that helps us walk through the rough patches with a bit more grace and a lot less fear.

I find it most rewarding when people report back the difference mindfulness has made in their lives. I am very thankful to all the teachers who have helped me along the way, and now, it is my privilege to pass those tools on to you.

“My goal is simple: To provide effective & enjoyable training.”
