About Ross
My name is Ross. I have been teaching mindfulness for many years, and I continue to feel quietly grateful for the practice and for the people who find their way to it.
This website has been created to offer a simple, gentle, and self-guiding way to learn mindfulness. You are welcome to begin slowly and in your own way.

A Simple Approach
Mindfulness does not need to be complicated. It is about learning how to be present with what is here, with patience, steadiness, and kindness.
The intention of this site is not to overwhelm you, but to offer a clear path that you can follow quietly and at your own pace.
Training and Background
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), University of Massachusetts Medical School
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), University of Toronto

Experience
Mindfulness training has been offered in a variety of settings, including education, healthcare, and organizational environments.
Over time, the most meaningful part of this work has been seeing how simple practices can support real change in daily life.
A Quiet Intention
I am thankful to the teachers who have supported me along the way, and this site is a small way of passing that forward.
