MBSR Standing Yoga | Mindfulness Exercises by Jon Kabat-Zinn
MBSR standing yoga is an opportunity to bring our attention to present moment to moment sensations. These changing sensations arise and fall in our body as we move in, out and hold each yoga pose.
It also allows us to notice our self-talk. If the self-talk is critical we just gently note it as best we can: thinking, thinking, just thinking 🙂.
In this light, anything we do or don’t do is part of the MBSR Standing Yoga experience if we bring awareness to it.
