A Legacy of Healing

Since 2007, I have been teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) after training directly at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the birthplace of this program.

At 76 years old, I view this work not as a business, but as a legacy. I have combined the rigorous, clinical standards of the original MBSR curriculum with a gentle, “kindness-first” approach. My goal is simple: to help you set down the heavy burden of anxiety and return to the peace that already exists within you.

Is this the “Real” MBSR curriculum?
Yes. This curriculum is modeled faithfully on the program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMass Medical School. It includes the Body Scan, Sitting Meditation, Yoga, and Inquiry practices.
Can I work at my own pace?
Absolutely. While the traditional program is 8 weeks, you have **Lifetime Access**. You can take 8 weeks or 8 months. There is no deadline to finish.
Will this help with severe anxiety?
MBSR is evidence-based to assist with anxiety reduction. However, it is an educational program, not a replacement for professional therapy. It works beautifully alongside professional care.
